William Brazeal Of  State of  Alabama, County of Tuscaloosa...  First unto my oldest
Daughter, Lilly Cobb and her children, my negro man Tony, and Negro boy Sebune
..  To my daughter Rachel Emeline Guin my negro girl Lucy and negro boy Reubon.
To my daughter Lisa Elizabeth Brazeal my negro girl Oma and to my son Joel
Henry Brazeal my negro Boy Edmond ...  further to my daughter Lilly
Cobb and her children the E1/2 of NW1/2 of Section 9near Twp 13, Range, 12W.
To Louisa Elizabeth  Brazeal W1/2 of SW1/4 (Same as above) Two son Joel Henry E1/2 of
SW1/4, Section 4 (same)  and all of SW1/4 of NE1/2 of NW1/2 of SE1/4 (same section, range
etc.)
the rest and residue of my estate both real and personal I give and bequeath
to said children that remain with me for their support and maintenance --to witt --
Lilly Cobb and children, Louisa Elizabeth  Brazeal and Joel Henry Brazeal---
and whatever they caused two separate  they shall divide personal estae among them
Equally. "
then he directed is executor, Asa Guin -- to sell his estate  crop, settle
his debts, leave enough for the children to live on for one year then if any
was left to divide the money equally among all the children.

The willi is dated October 19, 1843 and witnessed by  Asa Guin and George Walters
Both signed their mark.  the will was found in will book No. 2, pages
291, 292 and 293.
